Damages and Lost items

If your order arrives damaged, please fill in a Request form here for a free replacement. Kindly provide pictures of the damaged item or packaging along with your order number for swift assistance.

International Shipping & Return Policy:

For international orders, including those to Canada, please be aware that customs fees may apply. These fees are determined by your country's customs regulations and are not within our control. Familiarize yourself with your local customs policies to understand any potential charges.

Additionally, if you refuse to accept your package at customs due to high customs fees, we won't be able to refund you for that order or reship the order via another carrier. In this case, the package will be abandoned at customs.

If you wish to receive a refund on your order, please note that you are responsible for paying the customs fee to ship the package back to us. Once the package is received back at our warehouse, you will be credited for the cost of your order minus the original shipping charge.
